About Colleen Conrad, CRNP, PMHNP-BC
Colleen Conrad is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for adolescents and adults. She offers comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and personalized treatment planning, with an emphasis on truly understanding the whole person rather than simply treating symptoms.
She earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, from Drexel University, as well as her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Alvernia University. With more than 30 years of nursing experience, Colleen has worked in a wide range of healthcare settings, including outpatient psychiatry, inpatient behavioral health, psychiatric consult services, case management, and medical-surgical care.
Her clinical background includes caring for patients with a broad range of psychiatric needs, including those with co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns. Colleen is known for her thoughtful, thorough approach and for building strong, collaborative relationships with her patients. She believes that effective psychiatric care begins with listening, education, and creating a treatment plan that fits each person's life and goals.
Colleen provides care in Jacksonville, Florida, and Reading, Pennsylvania, with telehealth appointments available throughout both states.
